RATES
At Our Wisconsin Quilting Retreat
Camp Cotton Quilting Retreat is your home away from home for weekdays, weekends, or the entire week.
You will have access to the entire facility, including our spacious workroom, kitchen, and dining area which are available any time during your stay, day or night. Shopping for all your quilting supplies and sewing machine needs are conveniently across the street at the Quilt Yard, open Monday through Saturday, 9:30 AM - 5 PM.
We want you to be comfortable, feel right at home, and perhaps learn a new technique during your visit. You may request an exclusive eight-hour Cotton Theory Class, taught by a certified instructor. An additional fee of $50 is required, and pre-cut kits are available. Arrangements need to be made in advance and the class fee is paid directly to the Certified Cotton Theory Instructor.

Weekend Rates: Friday-Sunday
9:30 AM Friday until 3 PM Sunday (three days, two nights)
Only $1600
($44.45 per person per night) plus 5.5% sales tax
Rates based on 18 guests.
Entire Week Rates: Monday-Sunday
9:30 AM Monday until 3 PM Sunday (seven days, six nights)
Only $2700
($25.00 per person, per night) plus 5.5% sales tax

Policies
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A $400 deposit is required to reserve your space at our quilting retreat. A full refund of your money will be given if the reservation is cancelled 90 days prior to the retreat date. If you cancel with less than a 90 days notice, you will forfeit your $400 deposit unless we find a replacement group. If a replacement group is found we will gladly apply your deposit to a future date for your retreat.
GENERAL POLICIES
– Camp Cotton is a non-smoking facility. There
is an outdoor designated smoking area.
– Kindly leave your pets at home or with loved
ones.
– Items left behind will be placed in our "lost
and found". Please contact the Quilt Yard,
at 715-597-2452, Monday through Saturday,
9:30-5:00, should you be missing something.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
One of our Quilt Yard staff members will greet you upon arrival and provide a key to the facility. Instructions on returning the key will be given at the same time.
