About Our Wisconsin Quilting Retreat
We've tried to anticipate as many questions as possible but in case we haven't answered yours, feel free to contact us.
Making a Reservation
How many guests can the Camp Cotton Quilting Retreat accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 18 people. We have seven guest rooms, each with two or three twin beds and a nearby bathroom and shower. Our work area has 18 work stations with adjustable task chairs and ample electricity.
What if just two or three of us want to come?
We don't want to leave smaller groups out, so we will have Retreat Hosted Weekends. These weekends open up Camp Cotton Quilting Retreat to several smaller groups at a per person price. Please check our calendar for these hosted dates.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Our standard check-in time is 9:30 AM on Mondays and Fridays and check out is 3 PM on Thursdays and Sundays.
What to Pack
What should I bring with me on the quilting retreat?
Your personal quilting supplies, sewing machine, personal toiletries (including soap), and don't forget those comfy, lounging clothes and slippers! There is a TV and a DVD player so you might want to bring some movie favorites.
Where to Eat
Are any meals provided at the quilting retreat?
Meals can be prepared in our kitchen, but you will need to bring the ingredients. We can also provide you with information for local caterers. There are also several area restaurants to choose from if you prefer to dine out, including Norske Nook which is just across the street and known for their delicious pies.

Packing Up
What happens if you accidentally pack up a supply and take it home with you?
If we find that something is missing, we will contact your quilting group leader. You will be responsible for paying the shipping to have the item returned to us.
What are we responsible for?
This is your time away from home, so we ask for minimal cleaning from you. Please place your used towels in the hamper located in the towel area. Please remove any food from the refrigerator and pantry upon departure. We will take care of the rest!
Security
What about security?
It will be up to you, as guests, to make sure that you lock the building when you leave for any period of time. Your group will be given one key to the building. More information will be given at check-in.
